基于吊杆疲劳的分析方法,以某公轨两用拱桥为研究对象,采用有限元程序建立该桥的空间有限元模型,对其吊杆进行疲劳计算,分析了小于30 kN的汽车车辆荷载、车道分布、荷载谱类型和运营时期等因素对吊杆疲劳的影响。计算结果表明:小于30 kN的车辆对吊杆疲劳有一定影响;短吊杆在设计基准期内的损伤度相对较大;轻轨车车流比汽车车流对桥梁吊杆的损伤要大;采用不同的荷载谱组成的随机车流对吊杆的疲劳分析所得结果不同;在公路和轻轨车等反复荷载作用下,该桥的吊杆在设计基准期内不会发生疲劳破坏。
Based on the fatigue analysis method of suspender,taking the highway-railway combined arch bridge as study objective,the special finite element model of the bridge was established by finite element program to calculate the fatigue of its suspender,and the fatigue effects of less than 30kN load of motor vehicles,lane distribution,load spectral type,and operating period on the suspender were analyzed.The results show that the less than 30kN load of motor vehicles have some impact on the fatigue of the suspender;the short suspender is easier to destroy in design reference period;the influence of light rail vehicle traffic on the boom is larger than the car traffic;the results,which are obtained by fatigue analysis of the suspender with different load spectrals,are differentiated;the fatigue damage of the suspender does not occur in design reference period under cyclic loading of the cars and light rail vehicles.
