研究表明,高层管理团队(TMT)特质的相关研究并未揭示这些特质与组织流程的关系,尤其是与战略决策的关系,而TMT替换情况与战略决策的相关研究也相对匮乏。文章基于此探究TMT异质性之经验异质性和教育背景异质性、TMT替换率与创业型战略决策的关系并分析环境不确定特性的权变效应。基于上市公司178份有效问卷,文章利用层级回归分析方法得出如下结论:TM T替换率负向影响创业型战略决策,环境不确定性对此关系具有显著的调节作用。而TM T的经验异质性和教育背景异质性与创业型战略决策显著正相关,并且环境不确定性分别对上述关系具有正向权变效应。文章从组织决策视角出发突破了TMT异质性的研究不足,对于企业高层的战略决策具有重要的借鉴意义。
The previous researches about TMT features seldom focused on the relationships between TMT heterogeneity and strategic process. The research on the relationship between the TMT turnover and strategy is ignored. Based on the above and the view of organizational process this paper investigates the above relationships and the moderating role of environmental uncertainty among them. In order to uncover the mechanism among the above.relationship, this paper, based on 178 valid samples of listed companies, uses hierarchical regression analysis to study the relationship among TMT experience and educational background heterogeneity, its turnover and environmental uncertainty. The results show that TMT experience and educational background heterogeneity has a positive and significant effect on the entrepreneurial strategic decisions and the stronger of the environmental uncertainty, the bigger of the effect of TMT experience and educational background heterogeneity on the entrepreneurial strategic decisions. While TMT turnover has a negative effect on the entrepreneurial strategic decisions and the moderating role of environmental uncertainty is strong on the above relation. Finally implications and limitations are addressed.
