文章基于对某浅水缓 S 线型布置的动态脐带缆的研究,确定了线型的主要设计参数为顶部悬挂角,中水浮拱的浮力、水平位置和垂直位置。并借助 Orcflex 软件对动态缆的响应进行非线性时域分析,研究动态缆的初始形状、曲率、张力对不同的线型设计参数的灵敏度,阐述了设计参数变化对脐带缆的力学性能影响的一般规律,为动态脐带缆的线型设计提供参考。
The design of a Lazy-S configuration of umbilical cable used in shallow waters is studied. Its top hang off angle, buoyancy and position of middle water arch are chosen as the key parameters of the configu-ration. The dynamic model for umbilical cable is established in software of Orcaflex to perform the parame-ter sensitivity analysis on original shape, curvature and tension of the dynamic umbilical cable with the non-linear time domain analysis. The rules of mechanical performances of dynamic umbilical cable on the key parameters under difference conditions are studied, which can provide a reference for the configuration de-sign of dynamic cables.
