目的：观察持续引流与单次穿刺引流治疗单纯性肾囊肿的疗效。方法：将52例单纯性肾囊肿患者分为A组与B组,其中A组采用肾囊肿穿刺注射无水乙醇后持续引流治疗,B组采用肾囊肿单次穿刺注射无水乙醇治疗。结果：A组与B组患者在治疗后,均出现了肾囊肿缩小或消失,治疗前后差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。其中A组较B组改变更为明显,两者之间差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：肾囊肿穿刺注射无水乙醇后持续引流较单次穿刺注射无水乙醇治疗效果更显著。

英文摘要：

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of simple renal cyst by constant drainage or single drainage,Methods Fifty-two patientswith simple renal cyst were divided into two groups A and B.Patients in A group were treated by Lavage with absolute alcohol and Constant drainage with pigtail tube.Patients in B group were treated with absolute alcohol only a time.Results After the treatment,the volume of renal cyst reduced or disappeared in both groups（P 〈 0.05）.But A group changed more significantly than B group（P 〈 0.05）.Statistically, the difference is significant too.Conclusion Lavage with absolute alcohol and constant drainage with pigtail tube are very effective and safe in the treatment of simple renal cyst.
