针对煤炭洗选过程中排放的大量煤矸石和浮选尾煤灰分偏低的现象,阐述了尾矿再选的必要性,提出了利用液固流化床进行尾矿再选理论,进行了尾矿性质分析并确定了具体的尾矿再选工艺流程.通过研究该工艺在赵守聪选煤厂的分选效果,发现液固流化床分选工艺可以显著提高煤矸石发热量,并能够从浮选尾煤中提取合格精煤,具有显著的经济效益和环境效益.
Aiming at the present condition that the ash content of coal gangne and flotation tailings discharged in the process of coal washing is relatively low, the necessity of railings recleaning was analyzed, the theory of tailings recleaning with liquid - solid fluidized bed was proposed. The tailings property was analyzed, and the process was designed. This process was applied in Zhaoshoucong coal preparation plant, and the separation effect shows that liquid - solid fluidized bed process could improve the calorific value of coal gangue signally and acquire qualified clean coal from flotation tailings, providing economic and environmental benefits.
