根据钢筋的非均匀锈蚀特征,研究锈蚀带肋钢筋与混凝土间的黏结性能.基于未锈蚀带肋钢筋黏结强度的微观受力模型与均匀锈蚀带肋钢筋黏结性能模型,考虑钢筋的实际锈蚀为非均匀锈蚀,利用弹性力学方法建立带肋钢筋黏结强度的预测模型,推导出锈蚀带肋钢筋与混凝土间的极限黏结强度.分析无横向约束的锈蚀钢筋极限黏结强度,对混凝土开裂时刻钢筋的临界锈蚀深度进行预测.试验结果与理论预测结果吻合良好,采用该模型可以较准确地反映钢筋实际锈蚀后黏结强度的变化情况.
The bond properties between corroded deformed steel bars and concrete were analyzed according to the non-uniform corrosion characteristic of steel bars. Considering the non-uniform corrosion of steel bars in actual environment, a prediction model on the bond strength between corroded deformed steel bars and concrete was established based on a microscopic model on the bond strength of uncorroded deformed steel bars and a model on the bond strength of uniformly corroded deformed steel in order to calculate the ultimate bond strength between corroded deformed steel bars and concrete using elastic mechanics. An analysis on the ultimate bond strength between corroded deformed steel bars of no lateral constraints was performed to predict the critical attack penetration depth of steel bar corresponding to the cracking of con- crete cover. The experimental results agreed well with the theoretical prediction results. The model can actually and accurately represent the development of the bond strength between corroded deformed steel bars and concrete.
