In this paper, a method of allocation among partners in revised coalition structure is constructed, which based on realization both individual rationality and collective rationality. It is a necessary condition for keep stability of the coalition structures being. At the same time, a TOPSIS method for ordering different revised coalition structures is brought about, by which the priority relationship can be compared among the coalition structures.
