This paper defined multi-source data for digital city, data classification and data content, respectively contained by geosDatial dimension, thematic dimension and time dimension of spatial data cube. It described the geospatial dimension, the matic dimension, time dimension structure and their dimension hiberarchy structure. The method that geospafial dimension, thematic dimension, time dimension together make up spatial data cube was expressed by conceptual and physical mode. Also, the data organization based on multi-dimension array and data storage based on data file and virtual memory on geospatial dimension data, thematic dimension data and time dimension data were explained. The associational operation between records in multi-dimension array and compress method of multi-dimension array were stated.
