英文摘要：

In this paper the third-party safety supervision service pattern of construction projects in China has been researched. The defects are analyzed,existed in the present 3 kinds of the third-party bodies,supervisor,safety assessment organization and insurance company and accordingly,the improved third-party safety supervision service patterns of construction projects has been put forward,in which the governments buys services from experts and the scientific research institutions provide safety supervision services. The advantages of these service patterns have also been researched.
