中文摘要:

针对设计参数随机波动引起的产品族性能稳健问题,提出了一种基于性能稳健指数的产品族稳健优化设计方法。以区间型设计参数的稳健设计为研究对象,为度量设计的稳健性,提出了性能稳健指数概念和计算方法。在此基础上,通过分析设计参数的灵敏度来选择平台参数,使用模糊C均值算法对性能变化进行聚类以确定平台参数的共享策略。最后以性能稳健指数作为约束条件的判据,构建了稳健优化模型,提高了实例产品的稳健性。通过通用电机产品族的稳健优化设计实例,验证了该方法的有效性和可行性。

英文摘要:

Aiming at the performance robustness problem in product family owing to the stochastic variation of design parameters,a method for robust optimization design of product family was developed based on the performance robustness index.To measure the robustness of design,the concept and calculation of performance robustness index were presented focusing on the subject of interval parameters.Based on above foundations,the platform parameters were selected by analyzing the sensitivity of the design parameters firstly.Then,the fuzzy c-means clustering algorithm was applied to determine the sharing strategy of platform parameters by clustering the performance variation.Finally,taking the performance robustness index as constraint,the robust optimization model was constructed to enhance the robustness of real products.The feasibility and effectiveness of proposed approach were demonstrated by the robust optimization design of universal motor families.
