以含二氮杂萘酮结构的聚芳醚砜酮(PPESK)为制膜材料,以硅橡胶为涂层材料,以N,N-二甲基乙酰胺(DMAc)为溶剂,采用干/湿相转化法,选用多种非溶剂添加剂(NSA),制备了中空纤维富氧膜,考察了非溶剂添加剂对纺丝液体系热力学性质及最终膜性能的影响;研究了不同非溶剂添加剂在延长蒸发距离时对膜性能的影响,为了考察膜的耐热性,将膜的测试温度控制在70℃.结果表明,非溶剂添加剂种类对纺丝液体系的热力学相平衡性质和膜性能的影响显著;随非溶剂添加荆含量的增加,膜的气体渗透率增大,氧/氮选择性降低;增大蒸发距离,非挥发性添加剂与挥发性添加剂对膜性能产生相反的影响.该膜耐热性能良好,在70℃下仍具有较好的选择性。
Hollow fiber poly(phthalazinone ether sulfone ketone) (PPESK) composite membrane for gas separation was prepared using silicone rubber as coating material. The PPESK asymmetric hollow fiber membrane was fabricated using N, N- dimethylacetamide(DMAc) as solvent by dry/wet phase inversion technique in water. Several nonsolvent additives(NSA) were employed in the preparation. The effect of nonsolvent additives on the phase separation of spinning solution and the membrane performance was investigated. The influence of different nonsolvent additive on membrane performance with elongated evaporation distance was also studied. In order to examine the heat resistance of membrane, test temperature was controlled at 70 ℃. The results showed that different NSA has remarkably effect on the thermodynamics phase equilibrium of spinning solution and the gas permselectivity of membrane. Along with increase of NSA content, the gas permselectivity decreased. The volatile and nonvolatile NSA has contrary impact on the gas permselectivity when evaporation distance was elongated. At operation temperature of 70℃ , the oxygen/nitrogen selectivity was high, which indicated that the membrane had preferable heat resistance.
