Yunnan Province was building for South Asia, Southeast Asia regional center of cold - chain logistics, Yunnan fresh agricultural prod-ucts cold - chain logistics as an important component, study the problems and countermeasures of the underdeveloped areas in Yunnan Provincial fresh agricultural products cold - chain logistics was of great significance. Through on - the - spot investigation, interview, got the problems of Yunnan un- derdeveloped areas＇s fresh agricultural products in cold-chain logistics, for example, the output was uneven distribution, poor traffic conditions, the operation and maintenance about cold - chain equipment was difficulties. And cold storage, pretreatment were unreasonable. So on those bases, the au-thors put forward the way by using logistics location theory scientific locations, improving the equipment through the complex traffic capacity, establish-ing the company technical personnel targeted assistance system and strengthening the pretreatment and pre packaging.
