用离子束辅助沉积(IBAD)方法在碳纳米管表面制备铜膜。用琼脂平板法测试了抗菌率,测试菌种为革兰氏阴性大肠杆菌(E.coil)和革兰氏阳性金黄色葡萄球菌(S.aureus);通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)观察了镀铜碳纳米管的微观结构特征;X射线光电子能谱(XPS)分析了镀铜碳纳米管表面各元素的价态。结果表明,镀铜碳纳米管具有很好的抗菌性能,且其抗菌性能要比在硅片(100)上镀铜的样品强很多。
A copper layer is coated on carbon nanotubes (CNTs)by IBAD method. Standard agar dilution method is used to test antibacterial rate, with E. coil and S. aureus bacteria. The structure features and the chemical states are studied by Scanning Electron Microscope(SEM) ,X-ray Photoelectron Spectroscopy(XPS). The results show that copper coated CNTs possessses stronger antibacterial rate than that of copper coated Silicon wafer(100).
