锚杆注浆现已成为深井高应力软岩巷道围岩控制的主要手段之一,围岩注浆半径的大小、注浆材料的选择都直接影响着巷道支护效果的好坏.基于内外结构耦合平衡支护原理,结合数值模拟和现场实践,对高应力软弱夹层围岩巷道浅部注浆技术的失效原因进行理论分析.分析结果表明,单纯的浅部注浆并不能解决围岩塑性流变、塑性区扩大问题,应当结合深部注浆,完成内外结构的耦合平衡支护,才能避免单纯浅部注浆的失效问题.
Anchor grouting has become the main mean of control the deep high stress soft rock roadways.The size of radius of the rock grouting,and grouting materials,influence directly the effects of roadway supporting.Based on the coupling balance supporting principle of inner and outer structures and according to the field practice,and using numerical simulation,this paper analyze the failure shallow grouting of the soft rock roadway of high geo-stress.The results show that,simple shallow grouting can not solve the problem of plastic flow.Should be combined with deep grouting,complete balance of inner and outer structures of coupled support in order to avoid the failure of a simple shallow grouting problems.
