尽管现有研究已证明在一般环境下企业间联系强度能促进知识传导,但在师徒制企业网络环境下,两者关系仍需进一步探讨。文章在相关理论综述的基础上,提出师徒制企业间联系强度与知识传导关系模型和相关假设。通过对典型师徒制企业集群——兰溪纺织业集群调研和对问卷数据回归分析后得到:信任程度与知识传导正相关,亲密程度与知识传导负相关,而互动频次和接触时间与知识传导不相关。
Although there has been proved that relationship strength between enterprises can promote knowledge transfer in general circumstances, it still needs examination in context of mentor-mentoree enterprises network. Based on the past literature, this paper proposes mentor-mentoree enterprises relationship strength and knowledge transfer model. Taking the typical mentor-mentoree enterprises cluster, the Lanxi textile industrial cluster, as an example, questionnaires have been collected for regression analy- sis. The paper proves the positive relationship between degree of trust and knowledge transfer; while the relationship between degree of intimacy are negative, and no significant relationship has been found between frequency of interaction, duration of interaction and knowledge transfer.
