膦酸类配体在放射性核素骨骼系统显像领域应用广泛。本文针对几种多胺基膦酸类配体MDP、EDTMP、HEDTMP和TTHMP,利用99m^Tc进行了标记,并对它们在动物体内的性质进行了比较。几种99m^Tc标记的膦酸配合物在小鼠体内均具有比较高的骨摄取,大白兔SPECT显像骨骼系统轮廓清晰,在颅骨,脊柱和四肢关节处放射性摄取很高,它们都是主要通过肾脏尿液代谢。其中99m^Tc-TTHMP同时具有相对高的骨摄取和较快的体内清除,有望成为一种新型的骨骼系统显像剂。
The phosphonic acid derivatives are applied widely in SPECT bone imaging. In this paper,we labelled some phosphonic acid derivatives such as MDP,EDTMP,HEDTMP and TTHMP by 99mTc,and compared their biodistribution in vivo. The 99mTc la-belled compounds had high bone intake in rats,and the skeleton were clear in SPECT images of rabbits. The radioactivity intakes of skulls,spines and joints were very high,and the 99mTc labelled compounds excreted by kidney mainly.99mTc-TTHMP had high bone intake and quick excretion from body, so it maybe a promising bone image agent.
