对振动时效技术的研究进展进行了综述。回顾了振动时效技术的发展史,重点对其机理、工艺及效果评定技术的研究现状进行了介绍,对它的推广及应用进行了探讨。由于振动时效有着热时效、自然时效不能取代的优点,因此它将成为调整工件残余应力的重要手段。
The research and development state of vibratory stress relief (VSR) at present was summarized. The development history of VSR was reviewed, and the mechanism, processing and evaluation method of VSR were introduced. The generalization and application of VSR were prospected. With some uniquenesses that NSR and TSR haven' t, VSR will play more and more important roles in relieving the residual stress of workpieces.
