通过引入细菌觅食算法对投影指标函数进行优化,寻求最佳投影方向,构建了基于投影寻踪的社会组织绩效评估新方法。通过该模型可把社会组织绩效的多维多层指标综合成一维投影值,且值越大表示该社会组织绩效水平越高。根据投影值大小可对社会组织绩效水平进行合理的分级评价。实例结果表明,基于细菌觅食算法的投影寻踪评估模型效果很理想,其优化时间及投影函数值分别为传统投影寻踪技术的38.3%和136.5%,具有较强的操作性和应用性,适用于社会组织绩效评估。
In order to avoid the subjectivity and difficulty of dealing with multidimensional dataset arise from traditionalmethods, a modified model for evaluating social organization set up based on modified projection-pursuit technique in thispaper. To address the complicated calculation of traditional projection pursuit technique, the bacterial foraging optimizationis introduced to optimize the function and seek the optimum projection data. According to the model, the multidimensionalvalues of the evaluation index of social organizations are integrated into one-dimensional projection value, with high projectionvalue denoting high performance level of social organizations. Samples of social organizations could be reasonably evaluatedby the new model according to the projection value. The results indicate that the new model is accepted and ideal. Thecalculating time and value of projection function are 38. 3% and 136. 5% of those with the traditional technique, respectively.The proposed model could be applied extensively and suitable for performance evaluation of social organizations.
