海口的骑楼街区最早起源于19世纪中叶,它的商业模式历经了160年的风雨,至今依然存在。然而,在新的时代背景下,这种传统的商业街区受到超市、百货商店等新兴商业业态的冲击,已经越来越不适应时代发展的需求。本文通过研究海口骑楼街区商业业态的发展历程,探讨了骑楼街区的商业形态与建筑空间之间的关系,找出了制约当前骑楼街区发展的因素,试图通过借鉴当前国内外先进的商业模式,为海口骑楼街区的发展找到一个合适的方向。
英文摘要：
Qilou block in Haikou originated from mid-19th century.Its commercial forms were kept for 160 years and still existed.However,under the new age background,these traditional forms were impacted by the new ones,such as supermarket and department stores.In this paper,the development history of commercial forms of Qilou block was studied,and the relationships between commercial form and building space were discussed,also the restraint factors were pointed out.Through learning advance commercial forms of home and abroad,the reform way for the development of Qilou block was proposed.
