Based on the questionnair survey among 256 MBA students, it examines the effect of organizational learning modes on management innovation performance, and the effect of organizational culture on the relationship between organizational learning modes and management innovation performance. The results suggest: Some organizational learning modes have significant influences on management innovation performance, and organizational culture partially influences the relationship between organizational learning modes and management innovation performance.
