为保证生态安全,协调水库社会经济供水和生态环境供水之间的平衡关系,研究考虑三种不同的生态需水方案建立了红崖山水库的生态友好型调度模型,通过优化模拟方法得到水库的供水方案和调度图。优化结果表明:生态调度后水库供水对社会经济用水的影响相对较小,供水服务经济功能价值有了大大提高,三种生态需水方案下河道生态下泄水量分别达到4506万m~3、6621万m~3和5400万m~3。在不突破地下水开采红线控制指标下,为满足各方案水资源供需平衡,三种方案下蔡旗断面来水量控制目标分别是2.82亿m~3、3.21亿m~3和2.96亿m~3。研究思路和方法合理可行,可为类似区域生态需水量估算和生态友好型调度管理提供技术支撑。
In order to ensure the ecological security, coordinate the balance relationship between socio - economic and eco - environment water supply, an eco - friendly operation model for Hongyashan reservoir was developed under 3 different ecological water requirement scenarios in this study. The water supply scheme and operation curve of reservoir were got based on the method of optimization and simulation. The optimization results show that eco -friendly operation has little effect on socio -economic water supply and has great help to improve the economic value of water services. Instream water of 3 scenarios are 45.06 million m3, 66.21 million m3 and 54.00 million m3 respectively after optimization. To achieve a balance between supply and demand of water resources under the constraint of groundwater exploitation red line, the inflow control objectives of Caiqi section for 3 scenarios are 282 million m3 , 321 million m3 and 296 million m3 respectively. The research method is feasible and reasonable, which can provide technical support for similar and guide ecofriendly operation management. study area to calculate ecological water requirements
