针对岩溶地区高速公路超深人工挖孔桩施工质量难以控制、施工安全风险较为突出的问题,分析了人工挖孔桩成孔过程的质量指标,并运用质量控制图法对孔径、倾斜度、孔心偏位等指标进行控制,使用SQL server2008数据库进行数据表设计和存储,在Visual Studio 2010平台上采用C语言开发了“基于数字地图的岩溶地区超深人工挖孔桩施工质量监控系统”。该系统应用于江罗高速14标桥梁桩基施工管理中,实现桩基施工质量、现场进度和施工安全的可视化、数字化、信息化管理,提升施工企业信息化管理水平。桩基全过程施工信息化管理表明,该系统具有一定的实用价值。
In regard with the problems of hard control of super deep artificially dig hole quality and salient safety risk for construction of expressways in karst, the quality indexes for hole formation during artificial hole digging are analyzed, and quality control figures are used to control the diameter, inclination and poison deviation. SQL server 2008 is used to design and store the database. At the same time, the monitoring system for construction quality of super-deep artificial dig:hole pile in karst area has been developed based on digital map by using C# on Visual Studio2010. The monitoring system is used in the pile foundation construction management of the 14th section in Jiangmen-Luoding Expressway to realize the visual, digital and informationalized management of construction quality, construction schedule and construction safety for pile foundation and enhance the level of information management of the construction contractors. The results show that this system has certain practical value.
