在工字轮收线机张力恒定优化控制的研究中,针对工字轮收线机排线不均问题,系统分析了收线过程中存在的密集性和平整性等问题,给出了工字轮收线机收线过程的物理模型,建立了其密集排线过程的动力学模型,并对数学模型给出了数值求解方法,最后通过数值仿真求解给出了各种参数优化下的实验结果。结果显示所建模型能够正确仿真工字轮绕线过程,采用改进模型的参数优化可以有效改善收线机收排线效果,仿真数据可以为收线机设计与收排线控制系统的优化设计提供参考依据。
Aiming at the problem of uneven lines in winding process of the spooler, the paper analyzed the intensive and flatness problems existed in the process systematically. A physical model for the process and a dynamics model based on it were given in this paper. Then the numerical solution method was given to the mathematical model. Finally, a simulation result with various parameter optimizations was given by a numerical simulation experiment. The results show that the model can simulate the winding process of the spooler correctly, the parameter optimization based on this model can effectively improve the effect of the spooler, and the simulation data can provide reference for the optimal design of spooler and its control system.
