通过构建AtNOA1的GST融合表达载体,在E.coli中表达AtNOA1蛋白,并分析不同诱导条件对AtNOA1蛋白表达的影响.结果表明,22℃是AtNOA1表达的最适诱导温度,而IPTG浓度在一定条件下变化对AtNOA1表达量无明显影响.
The authors cloned the AtNOA1 gene into GST fusion vector, and expressed the AtNOA1 protein in E. coll. They also analysed the expression effects of AtNOA1 under different inducing conditions. The results showed that 22℃ is the optimal inducing temperature, and IPTG concentration didn't affect the expression of AtNOA1 protein under certain conditions.
