发动机转子系统实际测得的信号很多都是非平稳信号,而且背景噪声比较大。对于这种非平稳信号,仅用功率谱和傅立叶变换等传统信号处理方法分析很难从根本上解决问题,频谱及功率谱无法判断某个故障频率分量出现的具体时间和变化趋势。因此,需要了解信号频率随时间变化的情况。在对发动机转子故障特征进行分析的基础上,提出了利用Wigner-Ville分布的方法对碰摩故障进行特征提取与故障识别。并利用仿真信号和实测信号,证明了Wigner-Ville分布在发动机转子故障诊断中的有效性。
The actual testing signal of aero-engine rotor system is mostly non-smooth signal,and the background noise is bigger.It is not enough that the approach of digital signal processing is only custom ways,like FFT,etc.The chars of the power and the frequency don't show the actual time and change current of frequency.So the variety of signal frequency with time is need to know.Wigner-Ville Distribution to features extraction and fault identify,is based on the analysis of the character of the fault diagnosing of aero-engine rotor system.And to prove the Wigner-Ville Distribution is effective in the fault diagnosing of aero-engine rotor system by emulation signal and actual signal.
