选取江西省26家绿色食品农业龙头企业作为样本企业,运用DEA方法分别从静态和动态测算了2011—2013年江西省绿色食品农业龙头企业的技术效率( TE)、全要素生产效率( TFP)及其变动情况。结果表明,多数绿色食品农业龙头企业的技术效率( TE)表现良好;但是全要素生产率( TFP)的变动情况却不容乐观,而导致全要素生产率( TFP)下降的原因是技术效率( TC)和规模效率( SE)下降过快。从不同生产要素规模下企业生产效率分布结果来看,随着基地面积增大,企业的综合技术效率、纯技术效率、规模效率都呈增长趋势。最后本文就提升绿色食品农业龙头企业生产效率提出对策和建议。
With 26 leading agricultural enterprises of green food in Jiangxi Province as the sample,the pa?per estimated these enterprises technical efficiency ( TE ) and total factor productivity ( TFP ) , both statically and dynamically,with the help of DEA method. Results show that most of them perform well in terms of TE while few optimistic changes have taken place in TFP ,and that decline in TFP is resulted from the fast falling of technical efficiency (TC) and scale efficiency (SE).Judging from efficiency distribution of enterprises with various production scales,as area increases,an enterprise’ s comprehensive technical efficiency,pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency also tend to grow.Finally,countermeasures and suggestions were proposed to pro?mote these leading enterprises’ production efficiency.
