针对球磨机料位检测的现实需要,提出了一种球磨机筒体振动信号采集方法。结合筒内料位分布特点,确定了筒体振动传感器类型和测点位置;给出了筒体信号无线采集的总体结构;基于钢球冲击模型和理想化钢球分层模型,并结合采集的筒体实际振动数据确定了振动信号的采样频率、采样点数、采样区域等参数,某电厂现场采集球磨机筒体振动数据表明了该方法的有效性。
Aiming at the measurement requirement for the filling level of ball mill, a new monitoring approach for vibration signals of the mill shell is proposed. Firstly, the type and install position for sensors are determined com- bining the distribution of filling level in ball mill. Secondly, the main structure of wireless sampling system is giv- en. Finally, the sampling frequency, number and region for the vibration signal of mill shell are obtained based on the steel ball impact model and the ideal layered model of the steel ball combining the practical vibration data of power plant. The results demonstrate that the present monitoring method is effective.
