河流纳污能力具有动态特征,在不同水文条件或不同水质目标下,应采用不同的模型计算水域的纳污能力。根据渭河干流陕西段水功能区划分和水质目标、排污口分布情况等,提出了国标模型、上游控制模型、下游控制模型,并开发了人机交互的纳污能力动态计算模型系统,当河流水文过程和其他自然条件发生变化时,可以在系统中重新设置实时参数,实现纳污量的实时动态计算。
River has the dynamic characteristics,water environmental carrying capacity under different hydrological conditions and different water quality goals should be calculated by different models.According to water function area division,water quality goal,the sewage outfall distribution,etc.in Shaanxi section of the Weihe River,the paper put forward the GB model,the upstream control model and the downstream control model,and developed "human-computer interaction" system for the carrying capacity calculation in the dynamic system.When the river hydrological processes and other natural conditions change,the real-time parameters can be reset in the system to realize real-time dynamic calculation of pollutant carrying capacity.
