Consumers are the center of economic activity in the market. When there is no demand, there is no market. Therefore the ethnic tourist industry must pay attention to the value and significance of consumers' demand. The improvement of the tourism management in minority areas lies in the fact that the consumers' demand should go throughout the tourism industry chain and the development of the local ethnical and the natural resources should be closely connected with the consumers' demand.
