采用固相烧结法制备出了高c轴取向的Bi4Ti3O12铁电陶瓷样品,分析了成型压制过程中压坯的受力情况。分析结果显示由于压力分布不均匀,样片不同深度的取向度不同,陶瓷表面的织构化程度高于陶瓷内部,通过最小二乘法拟合出取向度与样片深度的函数关系式。
Highly c-axis-oriented Bi4Ti3O12 bulk ceramics were successfully fabricated by solid-state reaction method. Stress analysis of compacts during molding was studied. The results indicateed that degrees of orientation at different position of the ceramic were not the same duo to the nonuniform distrubution of the pressure. From the inner to the surface, the degree of orientation of the ceramics was gradually increased. The functional relation of the degree of orientation and the depth of ceramic is obtained by the least squares fitting.
