In this article, we has clearly and systematically explained the achievement ways of business model innovation by the theory of value chain innovation, and then classified the business models according to their formational modes. Furthermore, we have deep analyzed the evolutional institution of business model innovation in this article, Through the analyses, we can understand the institution of business model innovation. Also the theory could guide our Chinese enterprises to make applicable and efficient innovation of business model, in order to achieve more competitive advantages in the serious international competition.
