结合安康水电站洪水预报技术方案.采用高效的LH—OAT算法,对安康水电站洪水预报模型参数进行了敏感性分析,确定了其中相对不敏感性参数有WLM、C和EX,高敏感参数为河道演算参数。通过对不敏感参数的降维处理和参数的细致率定等,避免了不符合参数物理意义的率定结果,提高了模型参数率定结果的稳定性。洪水预报验证实例表明,率定的参数使洪水预报精度得到有效提升。
The efficient LH-OAT method is introduced anti applied to parameter sensitivity analysis of Ankang flood forecasting model based on its flood foreeasting schemes. The insensitivity parameters(WLM,C and EX) and sensitivity parameters (river flood routing parameters) are identified in parameters sets of modeh By dimension reduction to insensitivity parameters and parameter calibration,the unreasonable parameter values is avoided,and the stability of parameter values is improved. The flood forecasting examples have shown that the flood forecasting precision is improved greatly.
