文章以汶川地震为背景,分析了应急状态下的供应链与传统供应链的不同,以在彭州市协助政府机构制定管理流程的实践为依据,构建了抗震救灾物资管理工作的流程,阐述了应急供应链中的物资管理流程的实施要点,并对应急供应链的物资管理流程工作的进一步研究做出了展望。
This paper take the earthquake of Wen Chuan as background, analyze the difference between the Emergency Supply Chain and tradition supply. Based on the practice that assist Peng Zhou government to make the management flow, we build the material management flow of earthquake rescue and relief. Finally, the paper expatiate the key points of the material management flow and the prospect of the further study about the material management flow in emergency supply chain.
