目的 制作可用于面神经趋向性再生研究的多分支壳聚糖导管.方法 根据兔面神经设计并制作多分支导管模具,改进模具成型法的制作工艺,得到多分支壳聚糖导管,检测导管的溶胀系数及微观结构.结果 制成的多分支壳聚糖导管外形光滑,各分支的长轴在同一平面内,管道通畅,溶胀系数为368±13.2.结论 模具成型法可以根据实验需要构建出复杂形状的壳聚糖导管,所制导管可用于面神经趋向性再生研究.
Objective To fabricate a multi - branch chitosan conduit for the study of facial nerve tropism regeneration. Methods A mold was designed and produced according to the facial nerve of the rabbits. A multi - branch chitosan conduit was fabricated by the improved process based on the molding method. Then the swelling index and microstructure of the con- duit was evaluated. Results The shape of the multi - branch chitosan conduit was smooth, and the long axis of all the bran- ches was at the same plane. All the branches were unobstructed. The swelling index of the chitosan conduit was 368 ± 13.2. Conclusion Multiple shaped chitosan conduits can be fabricated by the molding method according to the experimental need. The conduit fabricated in this study is an optional choice to the study of the facial nerve tropism regeneration.
