Canonical correlation analysis among yield （eight variables）, climate （seven variables） and phenophase （four variables） was studied in 32 Tibetan wild B.juncea. The results indicated that there was significant difference （P 〈 0.01 ） between yield and climate characteristics, climate and phenophase characteristics, and there was significant difference （ P 〈 O. 05 ） between yield and climate characteristics. However, the major contributing factors varied for the difference in each tested pair.
