为适应可再生能源发电系统宽范围变化的直流电压,提出一种新型单级非隔离双Cuk逆变器。该逆变器是将两个改进的Cuk直流变换器通过输入串联、输出并联的组合而成的。借助于Cuk直流变换器的升降压能力,使得该逆变器可以适应于宽范围变化的输入直流电压。介绍该逆变器的工作原理和参数设计方法,推导其数学模型并设计闭环调节器。在理论分析的基础上,进行仿真和试验验证。仿真和试验结果表明,该逆变器具有升降压能力,适用于输入电压宽范围波动的应用场合;通过设置适当的调节器,该逆变器可以获得良好的动、静态性能。
A novel single-stage non-isolated dual Cuk inverter was proposed in this paper, which is suitable for the wide range varied DC voltage of renewable source generation system. This inverter is composed of two improved Cuk DC converters combined through input-series and output-parallel. The proposed inverter adapts to wide range varied input DC voltage by the means of the ability to Buck/Boost voltage of Cuk DC converter. The operation principle and parameter design method were introduced,the mathematic model was deduced, and the closed loop regulator was designed in this paper. On the basis of theoretical analysis, simulation and experiment verification was performed. Simulation and experiment results show that the dual Cuk inverter is of ability to Buck/Boost input voltage, which is very fit for the occasion with wide range fluctuating input voltage. The simulation and experiment results also indicat that the dual Cuk inverter can attain perfect dynamic and steady feature through correct regulator.
