在冻结法施工中,冻土帷幕的三维温度场预测是一个重要内容。首先对土冻结过程中的热传递现象进行了定性分析,然后通过相关资料演绎了冻土温度场的理论计算公式和热物理参数公式,最后应用有限元软件ABAQUS并结合模型槽冻结实验,在考虑相变潜热的基础上,建立了1根水平冻结管、2根水平冻结管、3根冻结管(2根水平冻结管+1根倾斜冻结管)的三维温度场模型。通过对不同模型三维温度场的比较,得到了冻结管数量、布置方式对冻土帷幕的形成速度和范围的影响。通过与相关测点测试数据的比对,建立了土体温度随时间的变化曲线,揭示了土体在人工冻结过程中的三维温度场发展变化规律。
In the application of soil freezing method,the prediction of the 3Dtemperature field of the frozen curtain is an important content.This paper first provides the qualitative analysis results of the thermal transfer phenomena.Then,the formulas for the temperature field and thermal parameter predictions are provided.Finally,based on the considering phase change and latent heat,the three dimensional temperature field was predicted by the finite element software ABAQUS,which considering the results of the model freezing test results.Three different model tests by using one horizontal freezing pipe,two horizontal freezing pipes and three freezing pipes(two horizontal and one inclined pipes).Throughout the model test results and the finite element analysis results,the influence of the number of freezing pipes and different pipe locations on the rate as well as the range of the frozen curtain.The relationship between the soil temperature time are established from the comparison results of test and numerical analyses.
