用乙二胺辅助水热的方法制备了CdSe纳米棒,并用TEM、XRD、XPS以及EDX等分析手段对其形貌和结构进行了表征.研究表明这种硒化物的纳米棒结晶性良好,并且晶体沿着特定的方向生长.用中间络合物结构诱导机理解释了这种硒化物纳米棒的形成过程.
CdSe nanorods were prepared by ethylenediamine assistant hydrothermal methods. The morphologies and structure were characterized using TEM, XRD, XPS and EDS. It was shown that the CdSe nanorods with high crystallinity have grown along special direction. The formation mechanism of the CdSe nanorods was elucidated with structure-induced mechanism of the intermediate complex compound.
