文章介绍了厌氧共代谢的提出、作用机制、调控研究及应用现状,从共代谢技术的基质类型、菌群结构和代谢途径三方面综述了国内外有关厌氧共代谢作用机制的研究现状、发展趋势,并着重分析了厌氧共代谢的调控技术和应用情况,展望了厌氧共代谢技术的未来研究方向,为解决难降解有机污染物的治理瓶颈提供借鉴和参考。
The advent, mechanism, regulation and application of anaerobic co-metabolism were introduced. From the aspects of matrix types, community structures and metabolic pathways of anaerobic co-metabolism technology, the research status and development trends of anaerobic metabolism mechanism in domestic and abroad were summarized, with emphasis of the regulation and application of anaerobic co-metabolism. Research perspective of anaerobic co-metabolism technology was also discussed, which would provide strategies for the bottleneck of treatment of refractory organic pollutants.
