为研究外掺MgO混凝土的压蒸膨胀变形,采用粗砂、中砂、细砂和石粉等量替代外掺MgO混凝土中大石、中石、小石和砂子的方法来模拟实际工程中的二级配和三级配MgO混凝土。研究结果表明:与水泥净浆压蒸法比较,采用模拟试验法确定的MgO极限掺量较高。同时,再次证明,外掺MgO混凝土试件的压蒸膨胀率随着MgO掺量的增加而增大;粉煤灰对外掺MgO混凝土试件的压蒸膨胀率有抑制作用,但掺粉煤灰后试件的相对抗压强度有所提高。
The autoclave expansion deformation of concrete mixed with magnesium oxide was tested.In the test, the large, medium, little particle size of coarse aggregate and sand of the magnesium oxide concrete was instead respectively by the coarse, medium, fine particle size of sand and stone powder in equal amount.This method could be used to simulate the second grade and third grade concrete mixed with magnesium oxide in actual project.The research results showed that the autoclave expansion rate of magnesium oxide concrete was increased with the increase of the rate of magnesium oxide,the fly ash could inhibit expansion but improve compressive strength of magnesium oxide concrete.
