针对液压软管总成存在泄漏、拔脱、断丝、爆破等故障/失效问题,综合考虑液压冲击、温度、压力及弯曲半径等因素对其寿命的影响,设计了液压软管总成可靠性试验台:基于电液伺服技术设计了12通道液压软管总成脉冲试验台,基于双气液泵复合增压技术设计了耐压爆破试验台;基于试验数据进行失效分布拟合优度检验及分布鉴别,得到脉冲、爆破试验数据分别服从对数正态分布、威布尔分布的结论;最后,进行可靠性评估并求得液压软管总成在脉冲、爆破试验条件下的平均寿命、可靠寿命及可靠度的点估计及置信下限。
Aiming at the faults/failure problems of hydraulic hose assembly such as leakage,joint pull-out,wire fracture and hose burst,in consideration of the life influence factors such as hydraulic impact,temperature,pressure and bending radius, the reliability test rigs for hydraulic hose assembly were designed.including a 12-channel pulse test rig based on electro-hydraulic servo technology and a pressure-proof and burst test rig based on double pneumatic-hydraulic pumps hybrid pressurization technology. Then the test data were dealt with through failure distribution goodness-of-fit test and dis- tribution identification,and it is confirmed that the pulse and burst test data are following lognormal distribution and Weibull distribution respectively. Finally, the point estimate and confidence lower lim- it of mean life, reliability life and reliability for hydraulic hose assembly under the conditions of pulse and burst tests were acquired ~rom reliability evaluation.
