研究水足迹,为云南省滇中地区水资源科学管理提供新方法,促进滇中地区水资源的合理配置及可持续利用。构建农业、工业、生活、生态环境和进出151贸易5个账户分析计算水足迹,并通过水匮乏度、水自给率等指标评价滇中地区水足迹。计算表明:滇中地区2009年总水足迹为451.35×10^m,人均水足迹为1740m2/人·a,水匮乏度69.47%,水自给率为98.23%。实施虚拟水战略,能有效保障滇中缺水地区的水安全,并实现社会经济的可持续发展。
The study of water footprint is new method for water resources management, promoting opti mization and sustainable utilization of water resources in the Dianzhong Area of the Yunnan Province. The water footprint was computed by the water quantity of agricultural, industrial, domestic, ecology environment and the virtual water flows. Water footprint of the Dianzhong area was assessed by indexes of water scarcity, water selfsufficiency and so on. It was demonstrated that water footprint was 451.35 x 10 m3, the per capita was 1 740m3 , water scarcity was 69.47% and water selfsufficiency was 98.23%. It is ensure water safe and sustainable development of economic and society to implicating virtual water strategy.
