纤维混凝土因可泵性差很少用于索塔锚固区。本试验主要研究纤维混凝土的泵送问题。基于多重复合技术,经过试验优化出的高性能纤维混凝土,搅拌出机后纤维分散均匀,拌合物有良好的保水性和粘聚性,1h内泵送性能优良。通过120m和216m高塔可泵性试验结果来看,所配制的纤维混凝土能够泵送到300m高度。
Fiber concrete is not quite often used for anchorage zone on high bridge pylon due to poor pumpability of the concrete. In this paper, experimental study has been made to concentrate on the problem of pumpability of the fiber concrete. With the multiple compound techniques and through experiments, a kind of high performance fiber concrete is optimized. The fibers in the optimized concrete distribute homogeneously after the concrete is discharged from the mixer and the concrete is proved to have good water-retaining, coherence capacity and excellent pumpability within one hour time. According to the test results of the pumpability of the concrete up to the height of 120 m and 216 m on bridge pylons, the pumpability of the concrete can be expected to reach even a height of 300 m.
