通过室内和现场对比试验结果,建立起回弹值、超声值与粉煤灰双掺混凝土强度之间和无损参量与实体强度的相关关系,给出了粉煤灰混凝土超声-回弹综合法的测强曲线,确定了此类测强曲线的现场修正系数。基于Marquadst算法,建立了混凝土力学性能的预测模型,利用该模型对粉煤灰双掺混凝土的腐蚀强度趋势进行了预测,预测结果与试验结果吻合较好。另外,还对粉煤灰双掺混凝土的推算强度和实际强度的预测精度进行了效验。试验和预测结果可为高卤地区粉煤灰双掺混凝士陛能无损质量检测提供参考依据。
The dependency relation among rebound value,ultrasonic value, and strength of fly ash concrete was constructed according to the result of laboratory and local tests.Strength curve of fly ash concrete based on ultrasonic-rebound method was obtained, and field compensation factor of the strength curve was determined.A numerical model used for predicting mechanical preference of fly ash concrete based on Marquadst method was established.Work of predicting corrosion tendency of the concrete was fmished with the model, and the qualitative forecast agreed well with the results of laboratory tests.Moreover, consistency of calculated value and actual value of fly ash concrete was verified.Results of tests and prediction of the concrete could provided references for nondestructive examination (NDE) of fly ash concrete in the area of high brine.
