首先分析了线路单相接地保护动作后非全相运行时的故障相恢复电压特性及其影响因素,在此基础上研究了风电与常规能源的阻抗特性。在PSCAD中构建了故障相恢复电压模型,仿真研究了故障性质、风机类型、线路布置方式和电压等级对联络线非全相运行时的恢复电压的影响。最后基于电容耦合电压提出了能够可靠地区分瞬时和永久故障的自适应重合策略,仿真结果表明,该策略原理简单,易于实现,耐受过渡电阻能力强,灵敏度高。
This paper firstly analyzed the voltage characteristics of the fault phase and its influence factors when the condition of open-phase running after single-phase grounding protection operated occurs. On this basis, the impedance characteristics of wind power and conventional energy were studied. The recovery voltage model of fault phase was constructed in PSCAD, and the influence of fault properties, type of wind turbine, and tie line arrangement modes as well as voltage level on the recovery voltage were simulated and studied. Finally, the self- adaptive reclosing strategy based on capacitive coupling voltage that can reliably distinguish transient from permanent fault properties was pro- posed. Simulation results showed that the method principle is simple, easy to implement, free of fault resistance and with high sensitivity.
