探讨二氧化锰氧化石墨烯碳化棉织物的电化学性能。以棉织物为基材,通过浸润一干燥法和化学溶液沉积法,将氧化石墨烯和二氧化锰接枝于棉织物表面,获得二氧化锰棉织物、二氧化锰氧化石墨烯棉织物两种复合棉织物。将获得样品碳化处理,并研究其电化学性能。测试结果表明:二氧化锰氧化石墨烯碳化棉织物在电流密度为100mA/g时,所制备的二氧化锰氧化石墨烯碳化棉织物首次放电量可达356mAh/g,经70次充放电循环后比电容稳定在329.4mAh/g,保容率可达92.5%。认为二氧化锰氧化石墨烯碳化棉织物具有良好的电化学性能。
The electrochemical property of MnO2/GO carbonized cotton fabric was discussed. Cotton fabric was used as substrate. MnO2 and GO were grafted onto cotton fabric by soaking-drying method and chemical so- lution deposition method, MnO2 cotton fabric and MnO2/GO cotton fabric were prepared. The electrochemical property of carbonized cotton fabric was studied. Test results show that the first discharge quantity of MnO2/GO carbonized cotton fabric could be reached 356 mAh/g when the current density was 100 mA/g. The capacitance was 329.4 mAh/g and 92.5 % of the capacity was maintained after 70 cycles. It is considered that electrochemical property of MnO2/GO carbonized cotton fabric is better.
