Oil storage is a complex system and all factors are uncertain.The evidence theory has the features of data fusion and solving the uncertainty in factors,and it can be widely used in decision-making,artificial intelligence and target recognition.Evidence theory is applied in oil storehouse safety assessment to solve uncertainty problems among factors and the data fusion guideline is also used to analysis the combined function of multi-system and multi-factor.At last an example is given,which shows that evidence theory is a scientific and safe assessment method,with feasibility and practicability.
