爆发性气旋的锋生位涡反演诊断

本文采用基于埃特尔位涡反演诊断和锋生函数诊断的锋生位涡反演诊断方法,对一次发生在西太平洋地区的爆发性气旋过程进行了诊断分析和机制研究。本文主要从锋生演变的角度,定量诊断了与对流层顶折迭现象相联系的高层位涡扰动,由凝结潜热释放造成的中层位涡扰动,与低层锋区扰动相联系的低层位涡扰动以及以低层水平辐合辐散为主要成份的非平衡风场在气旋发生发展的不同阶段所起的作用和影响,并对以上各物理过程相互作用,造成气旋爆发性发展的机制进行了分析讨论。

英文摘要:

This paper diagnoses and analyses in detail an explosive cyclone that occurred on West Pacific, and investigates its developmental mechanism based on potential vorticity inversion of frontogenesis diagnosis method, which synthesizes Etter potential vorticity inversion diagnosis and frontogenesis function diagnosis. It shows that the project of diagnosis and calculation in this paper has a great deal of maturity and rationality after verifying the effect of the contrast results which are calculated from the project of potential vorticity inversion of frontogenesis diagnosis. And it also shows that the effect calculated is competent for the demand of diagnoses and analyses in reality. This paper firstly analyses and discusses in detail the potential vorticity evolvement characters of the explosive cyclone in the course of its formation and development, and then based on this diagnoses quantitatively investigates the action and affection of the upper,middle and lower level potential vorticity disturbances and unbalance wind during the different stages of the cyclone's life cycle. The upper level potential vorticity disturbance is in contact with the troposphere enfoldment phenomenon, the middle one results from the condensation latent heat release ,and the lower one represents the frontal zone disturbance. The horizontal convergence and divergence is main component of unbalanced wind, and this paper also analyses and discusses the interaction between them and the mechanism of the cyclone's explosive development.
