Risk control and management is one of the core contents of the intellectual property right securitization. It analyzes the structure of securitization and the mechanization of the risk of the intellectual property right securitization. Then,it studies the special risk of the intellectual property right securitization on the basis of the characteristics of intellectual property right. Finally, it brings forward solution method for the risk of the intellectual property right securitization.
