阐述了双流道泵叶轮的结构和性能特点,指出了双流道泵参数化三维造型的意义和现状。应用PCAD2004设计了双流道泵二维水力设计图并详细分析了双流道泵叶轮的空间三维结构特点,在此基础上给出了用Pro/E进行无堵塞双流道泵叶轮三维造型的方法和过程。应用VC++6.0在Pro/TOOLKIT环境下对Pro/E进行二次开发,通过修改双流道泵三维实体模板几何特征,成功开发出了实用的双流道泵叶轮参数化三维造型程序。采用动态链接库方法实现双流道泵参数化三维造型程序与Pro/E和MFC之间的数据接口。实例应用表明该程序运行结果良好,可以满足工程应用的要求,具有推广应用价值。
The structure and performance characteristics are introduced and the significance and the current situation of the three-dimensional parametric sculpting on double channel pump impellers are pointed out. Based on two-dimensional hydraulic design code PCAD2004. Research is done on the method of three-dimensional parameter sculpting of double channel pump impellers. With the Pro/TOOLKIT flat roof and VC++6.0, Pro/E is developed for the the second time and the three-dimensional parametric software of double channel pump impellers is successfully developed. The program data interface between Pro/E and MFC is realized by using DLL. Practical application indicates that the program runs well and the results can meet the needs of projects.
